Only 1,000 entries will be sold. Entries are $20.00 each, 6 for $100.00. Based on federal laws, the purchase of a raffle entry is not tax deductible. Drawing will be held at the 9th Annual Phoenix Children’s Hospital Golf Tournament Awards Dinner on Friday, November 16, 2007 at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club Pavilion. Winner is not required to be present to win. Prizes do not include charges for delivery, installation or any service. Winner must arrange redemption of prize within two weeks from the date of notification. Raffle entries are non-refundable.
